July is national Park and Recreation Month, and the National Recreation and Park Association wants you to get outside and get active. Making parks a priority can improve health and wellness, conservation efforts, community building and social equity. #SuperJuly is full of efforts to make parks popular and encourage kids and families to visit parks regularly.

Throughout the month of July, photo contests such as the Throwback Thursday Instagram Video Challenge and #SuperParkSelfie Contest will highlight park visitors across the country and promote the public health benefits of parks.
